IEBC has held a meeting with suppliers and service providers for the 9th August, 2022 General Election.
The meeting discussed delivery timelines of materials for the General Election (#GE2022)
Directorate of Supply Chain Management (DCM) boss Harley Mutisya urged suppliers and service providers to communicate with accuracy on any issues that may hinder their ability to deliver on time to IEBC.
IEBC Vice Chairperson Juliana Cherera lauds the suppliers and service providers for heeding the call to meet IEBC to strategize on delivery of materials that will be critical in delivery of a credible election on 9th August, 2022.
Commissioner Francis Wanderi, who chairs the Finance and Supply Chain Committee at IEBC, asks suppliers and service providers to ensure they deliver the specified materials, in right quantity, high quality and on time to allow the Commission to deliver on its mandate.
IEBC CEO Marjan H. Marjan insists the Commission maintains an open door policy and works round the clock to resolve all issues raised by suppliers and service providers to ensure they deliver all goods and services to the Commission on time.
