ODM leader Raila Odinga has claimed that he is more Luhya than Senator Cleopas Malala.
The former Prime Minister called Malala Omondi, and asked the senator to stop playing tribal politics.
“Tell that Omondi (Malala) that he is from Ugenya, his grandfather was buried in Ugenya, Siaya County while my grandfather is buried in Matungu, Kakamega, I am a Kenyan and the only Nabongo remaining,” Raila said.

Raila called on the Luhya community to ignore leaders who were out to divide the nation along the tribal lines.
Raila was responding to Malala remarks on Sunday, December 26, who vowed to block the former Prime Minister from holding a political rally at the Bukhungu Stadium today on December 31.
The senator demanded that Raila should request permission from the Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, to access the stadium.
