How Dennis Itumbi was kidnapped in Thindigua, Kiambu

Three men approached Deputy president William Ruto digital strategist Dennis Itumbi after had been shaved.
This was around 3 pm in Thindigua Kiambu county.
“They were tall, huge and well built,” an eyewitness told Iganjo.
“They first called him boss while going to greet him. They acted like some of his old friends.”
Itumbi was standing next to his car door. He was waiting for mechanics who work in a nearby garage to come and greet him.
“We were running and then the men grabbed him into a cream Toyota KBL 455 S,” one of the mechanics told our reporters.
Eyewitnesses said that the car was driven towards Nairobi City from Jos Apartment where he was kidnapped outside.
Jos Apartment hosts the barbershop he had gone to shave.
“You see the car was packed facing the road outside Jos house where he was being shaved. The car was sped off immediately he was bundled in the back seat,” an eye witness said.
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen said that Dennis Itumbi is in the hands of Uhuru Kenyatta.
“Dennis Itumbi is in the hands of Uhuru Kenyatta through his boys Fred Matiangi, IG Mutyambai and Director of Military Intelligence under General Robert Kibochi. We expect you to release him now unconditionally,” he said.
“If anything happens to Dennis you will be held personally responsible.”
Thursday at 11 midnight his friends said that they could not manage to trace him.
”Dennis Itumbi hasn’t been found since he was abducted by unknown men early today evening!! This is a very dangerous trend in this country, people can’t be just disappearing and we assume it’s ok, just because we don’t agree politically,” Josiah Murigu said.
