Ruto hosts 45 Mount Kenya MPs in Nanyuki

Deputy President William Ruto is hosting 45 MPs from Mount Kenya in Nyeri County for three days.
Multiple sources in the DP’s office said that Ruto will use the event to unveil his campaign plans for Mt Kenya
“The meeting will agree on specific dates for different locations and dates for campaigns. Ruto This is a radical departure from the norm where leaders speak to the people,” an aide in Ruto’s office said.
The DP will use the tours to build a coalition with people.
“We are purposely collaborating with grassroots leaders to establish how the progressive and revolutionary Bottom-Up Economic model will add value to livestock farming through manufacturing and value addition among pastoral communities,”  the DP said today on FB page after meeting leaders from Eldas in Wajir County.
The MPs in the Nanyuki meeting include Susan Kihika (Nakuru), John Muchiri (Manyatta), Geoffrey King’ang’i (Mbeere South), Rigathi Gachagua (Mathira), Charity Kathambi (Njoro), Rahab Mukami (Nyeri), John Mutunga (Tigania West), Faith Gitau (Nyandarua), Jayne Kihara (Naivasha), Patrick Munene (Chuka/Igembe Ng’ombe), Ndindi Nyoro (Kiharu), Benjamin Gathiru (Embakasi Central), George Kariuki (Ndia), Michael Muchira (OlJororok), Githua Wamacukuru (Kabete), Beatrice Nkatha (Tharaka Nithi), Njuguna Wanjiku (Kiambaa), George Koimburi (Juja), Irungu Kang’ata (Murang’a), James Gakuya (Embakasi North) and Alice Wahome (Kandara).
